Storyline

Hailton de Lira Goes, a former surgical instrument technician at the Department of Public Health, saw his life turned upside down after being dismissed from his position. With the sale of cans as his only source of income, he faces hunger and government neglect on a daily basis. Every day, he walks to the popular Bom Prato restaurant in search of his only guaranteed meal. His story reveals the harsh reality of food insecurity in one of the country's largest cities.
